CANADIAN FUNDING PLAN

OVERVIEW

The Canadian Funeral Funding plan offers a fully guaranteed annuity that increases in value every year. Your guaranteed deposit(s) grows at an annual rate of 3% (simple interest) tax-free. You will not have to take a medical test or answer any health questions. We provide a free pre-planning guide with each policy. This guide provides your loved ones with all of the information that will be needed at the time of your passing. You will need to include the name of your beneficiary or funeral home when you submit your application. This plan is available for those 16 to 100.

Standard Benefits

Coverage
Coverage amounts can range from $500 to $25,000. Your deposit grows each year at a rate of 3% simple interest.

Cash Value
You can cancel your policy at anytime and receive back 100% of your deposit (without interest). This benefit is included at no extra cost.

Requirements

Medical Requirements
You will not need to provide any medical information when you purchase this plan.

Claim Requirements
In order to receive your funeral benefit, your family will need to provide a Funeral Director's Proof of Death, an itemized bill from the funeral home, and a Canadian Funeral Funding claim form (available online).

Payments

You can make one simple payment, or make 12 monthly payments and your policy will grow every year until the money is needed. There is no annual policy fee.
