DrugPlus (Enhanced)

This plan provides almost complete coverage for name brand drugs and dispensing fees. You can customize this plan with Add-On options.

DentalPlus (Basic)

Purchase economical coverage for normal dental work with recall visits every 9 months. You can customize this plan with Add-On options.

DentalPlus (Enhanced)

The DentalPlus Enhanced plan provides substantial coverage for extensive dental work with recall visits every 6 months. You can customize this plan with Add-On options.

ComboPlus (Starter)

The Starter plan provides primary coverage for generic drugs, dispensing fees, and dental work. You can customize this plan with Add-On options.

ComboPlus (Basic)

This plan essentially combines the coverage of the DrugPlus and DentalPlus Basic plans. You can customize this plan with Add-On options.

ComboPlus (Enhanced)

The ComboPlus Enhanced plan essentially combines the coverage of the DrugPlus and DentalPlus Enhanced plans. You can customize this plan with Add-On options.

Stand - Alone Options

These coverage options are available without purchasing one of the plans listed above. By selecting one or more Stand-Alone options, you can create your own "one-of-a-kind" Flexcare health plan.
