SECURE TRAVELLINK NON - MEDICAL PACKAGE

Overview

The Secure TravelLink Non-Medical package provides coverage for flight accident, accidental death and dismemberment, and baggage and personal effects for when you are out of Canada for business or pleasure. You can purchase this plan without providing any medical information. Explore the family of Secure TravelLink plans and purchase the right coverage for you and your family.

Eligibility

In order to purchase this package, you must be a resident of Canada and covered by a Provincial Government Health Insurance Plan for the entire duration of your trip. If studying abroad, your study period cannot be longer than 30 days during a one-year period. You may pay a premium surcharge to have this eligibility requirement removed.

Benefits

With the Secure TravelLink Non-Medical package, you receive the following 3 types of coverage.

Flight Accident
This benefit provides up to $100,000 if you die within 100 days as the result of an accident, loss, or damage to a commercial aircraft on which you are an insured passenger. Some conditions apply; see your policy for details.

Trip Cancellation, Interruption, or Delay
This benefit provides up to $50,000 for loss of life, limb, or sight within 100 days of an injury on your trip. Some conditions apply; see your policy for details

Baggage and Personal Effects
While you are on your trip, if your baggage is lost, stolen, or damaged by burglary, fire, or transportation, or while in any hotel or other building, you will be reimbursed up to $1,000. Coverage is subject to a $25.00 deductible per claim and claims must be supported by an authorized official or police report. Some conditions apply; see your policy for details.
